Competence: 1. Understands sounds and words in English, often used.

  • Distinguishing the pronunciation of each letter of the alphabet.

  • Setting the difference in pronunciation of Long and short vowels.

  • Grouping consonants with similar sounds.
1.2. Compares words in English with those of his mother tongue. 1.2.1. Sounds of his mother tongue and sounds in English.
  • Identifying new sounds and similar sounds between his mother tongue and English.

  • Classifying by the use of "th", "d" and "t", the vocabulary he hears.
